A few of the sites we build. See examples for your industry
- Websites from AED 210 a month, no setup fee
- Your domain and content, in your name
- Changes made within 2 working days
- 99.9% uptime over the year
How it works
Build. Launch. Grow.
You tell us about your business and send your content. Everything technical is ours to do, from the first page to the hundredth change.
Build
Send your logo, photos and words. We build your site, store or app, and you review it before anything goes live.
Launch
We connect your domain, set up the search basics and go live. A website takes 5 to 15 working days from complete content.
Grow
We keep it fast, secure and backed up, and make your changes every month. Add a store, an app or Arabic when you are ready.
What we make
Everything a small business needs to be found and to sell.

hitych is a brand of CharCentric Technology Solutions L.L.C - O.P.C, a UAE technology company. We would rather you stay because the service is good than because leaving is hard.
- Your domain, in your nameWe buy it for you and renew it while you subscribe, up to your plan's allowance, or connect the one you have.
- Your content, alwaysWords, photos and products stay yours, whatever happens.
- Take your site with youAfter 12 months, free. Before that, you may buy it out.

What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, the security certificate, protection against spam, backups, platform and security updates, your domain renewal up to the yearly allowance, support, and a set number of edit requests each month. There are no separate bills for hosting, plugins or maintenance.
What is an edit request?
Any change you ask us to make. One request covers one page, or up to five products or items, and up to about an hour of work. We reply within 1 working day and finish within 2 working days. Unused requests do not carry over.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. You can keep your own domain and DNS, and we connect your site to it. If you do not have one, we buy it in your name and renew it while you subscribe. Your plan covers one domain up to AED 47.51 a year including VAT, which covers .com, .net and .org. For a dearer one you pay the difference: we show you the price first and charge it before we register anything. If the card is declined, nothing is registered and nothing is charged. We remind you 30 days before a renewal that costs more than the allowance, and take the difference before the renewal date.
Can I have a .ae domain?
Yes. A plain .ae costs AED 157.50 for the first year and AED 182.70 a year to renew, including VAT. Your plan's allowance still applies, so you pay AED 109.99 for the first year and AED 135.19 at each renewal. Prices can change with the registrar's price, so you pay at the price on that date. We register it by hand in your name, usually within 2 working days. If the name turns out to be taken, the amount comes back as a credit. The .ae rules do not allow WHOIS privacy, so your details as the owner may be public. We renew it only with your agreement, which you give when you buy. Names such as .co.ae need a UAE trade licence, and we handle them case by case.
Can my site be in Arabic?
Yes, as an add-on: a full Arabic version laid out right to left. It costs AED 1,050 one-off for Website Minimum and Business, or AED 2,100 for Website Growth and stores, plus 20% on the monthly fee, because every later change is made in both languages.
Is there a contract?
The minimum term is 12 months from sign-up, then the plan runs monthly with 30 days' notice. Leaving before 12 months costs 2 months' fees, not the rest of the year, and you can cancel free within 7 days of your first payment. Prices include 5% VAT. Pay a year in advance and you get 12 months for the price of 10.
Do I need a mobile app?
Most businesses do not, at first. An app helps when regulars buy or book often and you want to reach them with notifications. Apps are added on top of a website or store plan, so start with the site and add the app when it pays for itself.
Tell us about your business.
A few lines about what you do and what you need is enough. We reply within 1 working day.
